Opal

Opal is a bioluminescent Hehkuan; they don’t identify by gender, and like all Hehkuans, their skin always glows with colors that shift with their mood and emotions. They have been told that when they get older, they’ll be able to control the intensity of their glow, but for now, they get brightest when they’re embarrassed or scared. Which is embarrassing, so they glow even brighter.
